Video, metadata, and chapters are removed. WAV output is newly encoded PCM signed 16-bit, so it can be substantially larger than a compressed source.
Extract WEBM to WAVA WEBM without audio cannot make a WAV. Only the first audio stream is selected when there are several.
The result is audio-only; video, subtitles, attachments, and alternate tracks are not retained.
FFmpeg creates signed 16-bit PCM WAV. This is not a stream copy, offers no audio controls, and may make a larger file.
